Community Guidelines

These guidelines keep Dawgcord a good place to hang out. They apply to everything you do here: messages, voice, profiles, names, servers and links. They work together with our Terms of Service.

Be respectful

• No harassment or bullying. No threats, targeted insults, stalking, or repeatedly contacting someone who asked you to stop.
• No hate. Do not attack people for who they are, including race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or nationality.
• No doxxing. Do not share anyone's private information, such as address, ID or private messages, without their consent.

Keep people safe

• Child safety. Content that sexualizes or endangers minors is banned with zero tolerance. It is removed and the account is disabled.
• No glorifying violence or encouraging people to hurt others.
• Self-harm. Do not encourage self-harm or suicide. If you or someone you know needs help, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line.
• Adult content belongs only in channels marked age-restricted, and never without consent. Do not send unsolicited adult content, or share intimate images of anyone without their permission.

Be honest

• No impersonation. Do not pretend to be another person, staff or the official account.
• No scams or social engineering. No phishing, fraud, fake giveaways or tricking people into handing over accounts or money.
• No spam. No unwanted bulk messages, invite floods or self-promotion in places where it is not welcome.
• No cracked accounts or illicit goods. Do not trade stolen accounts, or sell or arrange anything illegal.
• Respect copyright. Only share what you have the right to share.

Protect the service

• No malicious conduct such as malware, attacks, or abusing bugs.
• No ban evasion. Making a new account to get around a ban or limit is itself a violation.

What happens if you break them

Staff review reports and may remove content, record a violation, limit features or disable an account. You will get a message from the official account explaining what happened. Your account standing goes from Limited to Very limited to At risk as active violations add up, and violations stop counting after they expire.

Think we got it wrong? Open Settings → Account Standing and appeal the violation. Staff look at every appeal.

Reporting

If you see something that breaks these rules, report the message or user in the app and tell a server moderator. For urgent safety problems, use the contact details below.
